Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ff5 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. ff5 is an adult-only platform. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual person for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or organisation.

Age Verification Process
ff5 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, all players will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. ff5 may request this documentation at any time, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or following a review of account activity. Until identity verification is complete, withdrawal of funds may be suspended.
Where ff5 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Section 3
Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on ff5, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ff5 at any time. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ff5 reserves the right to:
- Close all accounts associated with the individual, retaining the oldest verified account where applicable.

Account Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ff5 username and password. Deposit Terms

Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
ff5 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional conditions published at the time of the individual offer. In all cases, the specific bonus offer terms supplement — and where they conflict, supersede — the general terms in this section.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonus offers at ff5 are intended for personal entertainment use by the individual registered player. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — whether through coordination with other players, use of multiple accounts, or deliberate low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — is prohibited and constitutes abuse.
- ff5 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, void bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play where bonus abuse is detected.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance funds. When a wager is placed, real-money balance is used first, followed by bonus funds, unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise.

Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on ff5, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using forged or altered identity documents.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on ff5, whether in your own name or using aliases, in order to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

- Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a deposit through your bank, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider, except where the deposit was genuinely made fraudulently without your authorisation.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — the player or ff5 — may close a registered account at any time, subject to the conditions below.
Player-Initiated Closure
If you wish to close your ff5 account voluntarily, contact support via live chat or email [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; if you wish to return to ff5 after a voluntary closure, you will need to register a new account and complete KYC verification again.
Self-Exclusion Closure

- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.

- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction.
Where an account is closed by ff5 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach involves financial fraud, chargebacks, or criminal conduct, ff5 reserves the right to retain the balance in full and to pursue recovery of any losses caused to ff5 by the player's conduct.

Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ff5 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the ff5 platform, including but not limited to:

Governing Law

ff5's internal dispute resolution process is the first and mandatory step before any external escalation. ff5's decision on complaints submitted through this process is final and binding on both parties, except where a clear error of fact or material procedural unfairness can be demonstrated.
